Ian Rumley and Todd Robinson are both painting majors at Metropolitan State College of Denver. They studied mural techniques under art instructor and muralist Carlos Fresquez and have been designing and collaborating on murals over the past year.
They are also independently working in fine art, tattoo design and other media. Ian’s urban/street art influences and Todd’s organic aesthetic combine in Denver Botanic Gardens’ “Urban Nature” exhibit. Their mural juxtaposes urban and organic themes and was actualized with traditional mural techniques.
